The KnowACE project philosophy is simple: Apply sound front-end analysis for project success. Contingency planning, communication, scope, milestones and scheduling all depend on this analysis. With a colloborative approach toward project planning and plan sign-off, we maintain a close stakeholder connection for design and implementation planning and implementation.
