Do you support relatively small projects? The size of the project or the amount of work is not as important as a broad customer base and satisfied customers. Must KnowACE design and front-end the project? If we design, we must front-end, but we will accept well-specified component projects. We also update or expand existing content. Are you able to develop content for any LMS system? Yes. Every LMS or LCMS system has its own technical requirements, but we haven't met the system that did not support html, xml, and .swf files. Do you convert classroom content to eLearning? We do. Do you provide training evaluation? We are very interested in learning evaluation as well as iterative content improvement. Meaningful evaluation requires careful up-front design of dynamic measures. Few organizations are interested in additional investment, meaningful, objective evaluation requires additional participation from subject matter experts, managers, and IT. Learning evaluation can yield significant long-term benefit. Do you deliver classroom training? Yes! We love a stage.
Do you provide contract instructional design staff? Yes!
Do you support synchronous eLearning We have not to date, but we are experienced moderators. We can develop the content for any conferencing system if we know the system requirements.
Do create video training? We do not, at this time. When we find the right need, we'll develop with video. Generally, video is expensive and passive. We see certain applications where this is appropriate. For example, when training for behavioral change, such as supervisory skills, we would like to use video to create scenarios for learners to respond to. We would then have learners practice their response using inexpensive monitor video cameras allowing learners to record and post their response for peer/moderator review.
